At bzbuzzbee, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, ocean-inspired products. However, if your item arrives with a printing error or quality issue, we are here to help.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.


How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Please contact our customer service team at info@bzbuzzbee.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide a clear, unaltered photo of the product that accurately shows the issue. The photo must:

Clearly display the entire product, including the area where the issue is present.

Be taken in natural or well-lit conditions to accurately represent colors and details.

Be unedited and unaltered in any way. We reserve the right to reject any return requests if the photos appear to be manipulated or do not clearly show the issue.

Include a close-up of the specific problem (e.g., misaligned print, damage) as well as a full view of the product.

3. Based on the photos, we’ll determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted.


Replacement vs. Refund Policy

Replacements:

We typically offer replacements for printing errors, product damage, or other quality-related issues. This ensures that you receive the product as it was intended to be.

If a replacement is available, it will be our first course of action.

Refunds:

If the product is out of stock, discontinued, or if multiple replacements have been unsatisfactory, we may offer a refund.

If a customer is not satisfied with a replacement and requests a refund, we will consider this on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the return request is approved.


Shipping Delays

bzbuzzbee is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for products that arrive later than expected due to these issues. We recommend ordering well in advance of special events or occasions to ensure timely delivery.


Return Shipping

No need to send the product back to us. Just provide photo proof, and we’ll take care of the rest.


Exclusions

Custom orders or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes due to customer error.
